CUSTOMERS SHOULD BOYCOTT BLACK AND WHITE CABS
When Black and White cab driver John Busst of suburban Annerley in Brisbane offered "good old fashioned service" to his customers, what did the clowns running the B & W company do?
They sacked him!
B & W cabs already have a poor reputation for customer service in Brisbane, now they have banned an honest driver in a totally un-Australian way.
Despite the bleatings of B & W boss Greg Webb that John Busst is a "rogue driver", the public will never see it that way.
It is incredible that in this day and age, someone could be sacked for being an honest, hard-working individual.
Shame on B & W cabs.
Brisbane commuters should vote with their feet and boycott this un-Australian cab company.

I also had a bad experience with this cab company.
ReplyDeleteI was grossly overcharged by the driver of taxi n. B2642 (a people carrier) on Dec. 20 around 5:30-6:00pm
The driver insisted on wanting to be paid $25 for the very short airport tract from Domestic to International.
When I complained that for the same tract in the earlier journey (only 7 days earlier) we were only charged $16 by another (obviusly more honest) taxi driver, the driver of B2642 replied that only $25 would make it worthwhile the long waiting time he had to spend on the taxi line.
Then, knowing we were late to board the international flight, he deliberately drove slowly till he forced us to agree to this paying this amount. At that point we agreed to paying the $25 and told him we would report this fact to the company management for hopefully some disciplinary action.
We all believed this blackmailing behaviour was disgraceful and not acceptable in a public transport service.
Avoid this company if you can.
