ACCC blocks cancer treatment claims by Sunshine Coast quack

ABC News Online

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has obtained an injunction against a Queensland man who treats people with cancer.

Sunshine Coast man Darryl Jones is accused of misleading or deceptive conduct in connection with a cancer treatment program.

The ACCC obtained the temporary injunction in the Brisbane Federal Court yesterday.

It stops Mr Jones from making claims that his treatments can prevent or treat the growth of cancer, or any medical condition.

The ACCC urges anyone suffering from cancer or seeking to prevent it to seek advice from a suitably qualified medical practitioner.

Nice work changing the title Paul, I thought quack was a term reserved for doctors and the word for a self-indulgent city council member like yourself is to rude to write ... ever personally known anyone to survive cancer longer than a year after Chemo? Ralph Moss, Ph.D said only 2-4% of cancers respond to chemo and only 1.7% of patients have there life extended by a year, and Darryl Jones HRC has nearly an 80% success rate. Doctor's gave my mother 6 months to live unless she got chemo and with Darryl's methods she's going on 2.5 years and feels great to this day. The fact of the matter is people have the right to choose what ever method of healing they want and what the ACCC is doing is fascist, there going down. Dare you to approve this comment and hear your rebuttal because you obviously just posted this to attract hits to your lame site while knowing nothing about the topic at hand.
